Tak Shing Hong Soup Packet
Danggui Buxue Soup 当归补血汤
Chinese Angelica Blood Enriching Decoction

Ingredients:
Gou Qi Zi (Goji Berry), Huai Shan (Radix Dioscorea), Dang Shen (Pilose Asiabell), Dang Gui (Chinese Angelica)

 

Suggested Preparation:
Rinse the ingredients and soak for approximately 15 minutes. Add the herbs, chicken or lean pork, and approximately 1500ml of water to a pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat for about 2 hours. Season with salt before serving.

 

Serving Size:
Approximately 2 servings per packet.

 

Important Notes:
Use with caution or discontinue use during periods of cold, fever, cough, or active infection.
