Ginseng Base Yin & Liver Nourishing Decoction
Ginseng Yang Gan Bao Gan Soup (花旗参养阴保肝汤)

Ingredients:
Bao Yu Pian (Dried Abalone Slices), Yuan Rou (Dried Logan Meat), Hua Qi Shen (American Ginseng), Xue Er (White Fungus)

 

Suggested Preparation:
Rinse the ingredients before use. Soak the soup ingredients for approximately 15 minutes, and soak the snow fungus separately for about 30 minutes. Add the ingredients, chicken or lean pork, and approximately 2500ml of water to a pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat for about 3 hours. Season with salt before serving.

 

Serving Size:
Approximately 4 servings per packet.

Do not use together with Veratrum-containing herbal products.
Individuals with elevated uric acid levels or gout should use with caution.
