Ingredients:
Da Zao (Ziziphus Jujuba), Yuan Rou (Dried Longan Meat), Huai Shan (Radix Dioscorea), Dang Shen (Pilose Asiabell), Gou Qi Zi (Goji Berry), Bei Qi (Radix Axtragali)
Suggested Preparation:
Rinse the ingredients and soak for approximately 15 minutes. Add the herbs, chicken or lean pork, and approximately 2500ml of water to a pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat for about 2 hours. Season with salt before serving.
Serving Size:
Approximately 4 servings per packet.
