1. Please note: T S EMPORIUM order processing and delivery is Monday to Friday (except holidays). We generally need 1 to 2 working days to process and mail your orders. During periods of peak orders such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, other major holidays, and special occasions, we may need an additional 3 to 5 working days to process your order.
Due to increased demand during the pandemic, fulfillment and delivery may be delayed. We thank you for your patience and apologize for any inconvenience.

2.Liability waiver, T S EMPORIUM will not be held liable for orders that are delayed or cannot be delivered due to the following conditions:

• (1) If there are out of stock items in your order, your order delivery may be delayed.
• (2) The recipient information you provided is incorrect and does not provide a detailed address.
• (3) If your is delivered to your address, but you cannot accept for a various reason, and results in repeated delivery attempts and additional delivery costs.
• (4) In case of unforeseen circumstances, the delivery arrival time may be slightly delayed.

3.Out of stock processing

If your order has out-of-stock products, T S EMPORIUM may cancel your order, or cancel the out-of-stock products individually. At this time, the customer service staff will notify you by email and refund the difference.

4.Other

According to relevant laws and regulations, some products will incur sales tax. Please be sure to check your order information when you confirm your order: name, shipping address (postal code, city, country), billing address, etc. If your order information is incorrect, it will delay your order processing progress. In order to improve the user experience, we use UPS and USPS to deliver your order, please fill in and verify your detailed receipt information carefully.

1.US 48 states

Orders placed by customer → Package outbound → Los Angeles warehouse delivery → UPS / USPS distribution center → UPS / USPS delivery → Order received by customer.

2.Distribution in Alaska and Hawaii

Order placed by customer → Package outbound → Los Angeles warehouse delivery → the USPS distribution center → the USPS distribution → Order received by customer.
