Sheng Hua Soup (生化汤)

Ingredients:
Tao Ren (Semen Persicae), Jiang Tan (Zingiber Offcinale Rose), Chuan Qiong (Szechuan Lovage Rhizome), Zhi Gan Cao (Heated Licorice Slice), Dang Gui (Chinese Angelica), Hong Hua (Carthamus Tinctorius)

Suggested Preparation:
Soak the ingredients in water for approximately 15 minutes. Place all ingredients into a pot and add about 3 bowls of water. Bring to a boil, then simmer over medium-low heat until reduced to approximately 1 bowl. Each packet may be decocted twice and consumed in two servings.

Serving Size:
1 packet per serving.
