Most items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
The return period begins the day after your order is delivered.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Perishable groceries (short shelf life)
- Custom Herbal Formula
- Gift items
- Personal use items
To be eligible for a return or exchange, one of the following conditions must be met:
- The product has a quality issue
- The item is damaged or missing parts upon delivery
- The product is unopened, unused, and in original condition, with all accessories included
