Ingredients:
Chuan Bei (Fritillaria Cirrhosa Don), Chen Pi (Dried Orange Peel), Mi Zao (Sweet Dates), Wu Hua Guo (Dried Reserved Figs), Mai Dong (Radix Ophiopogonis), Sha Shen (Radix Adenophorae), Nan Xing (Dried South Almond)

 

Suggested Preparation:
Rinse the ingredients and soak for approximately 15 minutes. Add the herbs, lean pork or chicken, and about 2500ml of water to a pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat for approximately 2 hours. Season with salt before serving.

 

Serving Size:
Approximately 4 servings per packet.
