Luo Han Guo Soup (罗汉果舒肝润肺汤)

Ingredients:
Lu Han Guo (Siraitia Grosvenorii), Mi Zao (Sweet Dates), Chen Pi (Dried Orange Peel), Nan Xing (Dried South Almond), Bei Xing (Dried North Almond), Wu Hua Guo (Dried Preserved Figs)

Suggested Preparation:
Rinse the ingredients and soak for approximately 15 minutes. Add the herbs, lean pork or pork ribs, and about 2000ml of water to a pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat for approximately 2 hours. Season with salt before serving.

Serving Size:
Approximately 4 servings per packet.
