Ingredients:
Ge Gen (Lobed Kudzuvine Root), Chi Xiao Dou (Chinese Red Beans), Chen Pi (Dried Orange Peel), Hong Zao (Dried Red Dates), Huai Shan (Radix Dioscorea)

 

Suggested Preparation:

  1. Soak the soup ingredients in water for 15–30 minutes.
  2. Add pork ribs and the soaked ingredients to a pot with water.
  3. Simmer for approximately 1.5–3 hours and season with salt before serving.
