TAK SHING HONG Soup Packet
Yang Sheng Qing Run Soup (养生清润汤底)

Ingredients:
Sha Shen (Radix Adenophrae), Lian Zi (White Lotus Seed), Gou Qi Zi (Goji Berry), Mai Dong (Radix Ophiopogonis), Yu Zhu (Polygonatum Odoratum), Bai He (Dried Lily Bulb)

 

Suggested Preparation:
Rinse the ingredients and soak for approximately 15 minutes. Add the herbs, chicken or lean pork, and approximately 2000ml of water to a pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat for about 2 hours. Season with salt before serving.

 

Serving Size:
Approximately 4 servings per packet.
